We are currently absorbing all charges for local delivery. We are using both Singpost and also door-to-door courier services. For orders of $15 and above, door-to-door services is provided and items are expected to arrive within 2-3 days upon dispatching. For Singpost mail, expected delivery time is 3-14 days.  


We also offer the option of click and collect for customers who prefer to visit our outlets. A list of our outlets can be found here.



Our outlets are closed during CB and delivery time may also be affected during CB period.

We accept Visa debit/credit cards, Mastercard debit/credit cards and also Paypal.



We allow for exchanges at our outlets within 7 days of receiving your order. Only an one-time exchange is allowed. For the convenience of our customers, please email us or contact us to ensure the item (size/colour) is available before going down to the outlet for exchange. 


Bring the following for the exchange:

1. Item in its original condition, complete with all packaging and hagtangs.

2. Receipt or email with order details


For defective items, please contact us immediately, we will arrange for a replacement at our own cost.

As a company policy, we do not allow returns. We can only offer exchanges.
